It's either chutzpah or downright ignorance. Do they really expect to do a deal right, for the homeowner OR themselves by knowing next to nothing? rhetorical question, but just have to ask it. Dear Amazed: I'm more "amazed" at people who play slip 'n slide, peek 'n hide behind anonymous email handles like "amazing" while the real players recognize that the only people who hide are people who have something to hide about. If you want to be credible, put your name out there, big and bold, or don't be so quick to be critical of others now that you're an "expert." We all had to start somewhere.
