[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] blown away Posted by Amazed on August 18, 2003 at 5:10 PM I cannot believe how some people write here with questions like, what forms do I use to buy a preforeclosure, how do I buy a JBB and what forms do I use there, walk me thru the steps of how to do a pre-foreclosure/JBB/trustee sale, etc. etc. etc. It's amazing how these people think they can find out how to do something that takes a course or courses and study and reading. It's either chutzpah or downright ignorance. Do they really expect to do a deal right, for the homeowner OR themselves by knowing next to nothing? rhetorical question, but just have to ask it.
