Its regarding a loan I underwrote for a homeowner. He did not have enought equity in his primary residence, but in foreclosure. SO the TD will be attached to his secondary property. However the investor funding asked if we could place a lien on both properties.. I am not convinced this would be good to do, given all the rules regarding working with foreclosure properties..
