trust, bullet proof?
Ward, I bougth a property using the trust, (declaration of Trust, assignment of beneficial interest, etc.) However, after I bought the property, the owner sold it to someone else, who has recorded their deed after mine. Question, since the deed that the seller gave me says that it is a revocable trust, how full proof is the assignment of beneficial interest that the seller gave me? Would it hold in court?
