Most of my sales will occur in less than 90 days needing FHA insurance type loans. Even at the 90-180 day period how difficult are the extra requirements? Why would most of your homes need "FHA insurance type loans"? We are doing zero FHA business in low income areas. Most of the banks are offering better than FHA financing up to 100% of the value with no MI using an 80/20 loan.
