I reinstated the 1st loan using the figures FC gave me. FC's trustee recorded rescission to their NOD. I now have property sold and Fairbanks has added an additional $2,000 to the pay off figure for "Attorney's fees" they say they "forgot to add to the reinstatement figures". Do I have any recourse, or am I at their mercy? They have been almost impossible to work with at EVERY step in trying to get this loan paid off.
