Meanwhile, continue following the terms of the verbal arrangement you've agreed to. Failure to do so will most assuredly trigger an unwelcome response. You might also want to touch base with the attorney hired to process the foreclosure action. They will be more accurately able to provide you with an activity report including an upcoming and/or projected sale date. Four months is more than enough time to review a file. Find out the name of the negotiator assigned to review the file and request to speak with his/her supervisor. Finally, set a deadline for resolution for yourself. If you have not accomplished your goal within that period of time then you should put an alternate plan in motion that will provide you with the remedy you are seeking.
