Your post today says it very nicely!! : : Thanks Zachary, The typical Certification of Trust doesn’t disclose who the trust beneficiaries are. However, I have included a listing of beneficiaries from time to time in order to prove to a lender or the County Assessor who the beneficiaries were to make it easier to get a loan or to avoid the reassessment of the proerty. So in my Trust Manual I include several types of Trust Certifications so the user is more skilled in using the trust when the need arises. They need to see the nuances of doing things one way or another depending on what they want to accomplish. Hope this helps.
