: Ward,

: : thanks for the quick answer!

: : One moer question:

: : HOw often have you had a lender come back and ask you who the Beni.s are?
: : I guess I'm trying to get an idea of how often the lender will catch wind of whats going on...

: : Sooner or later I'llg et a look at your trust manual...I'm still planning on comming down there to take your 3-day course.
: : Need to get hat first one done though....had a hard time getting one closed....

: Zachary,

: Actually it’s quite infrequent for lenders to inquire about beneficiaries. Maybe once every 2 to 3 years.

: The Trust class isn’t part of the 3 Day Hands-On Foreclosure Class.

: The Trust Class is a 5 hour stand alone class. Cost is $750 solo or $625 double. Lots of people take the trust class for the privacy issue and aren’t at all interested in learning about foreclosure investing.

Ward,

thanks for the info...

Both the trust class and the foreclosure class sound interesting!
