Vesting Language

When using trusts, is there any reason the vesting language of a trust reads Trustee-Trust-Date? I.e. "Ted Cashman, Trustee of The Moneybucks Trust, under agreement dated 1/31/2000"

Would it still be valid as "The Moneybucks Trust, Ted Cashman as Trustee, under agreement dated 1/31/2000"?

(I'm thinking that a court recorder, that isn't familiar with trusts, might index land under the trustee's name... just because it appears first.)
