I have an appointment with owner on friday. She wants to sell... I have 2 questions: 1- There is no place on the EPA to write an Earnest money amount. Shouldn't that be written in, in order to make the contract legal and binding? 2- I am a little sketchy on the stable mindedness of this owner. when I went to the door she was to drunk to talk to me, her older son (also drunk) talked to me for about 30 minutes, said they want to sell and that mom would be sober when Our meeting happens.... With that said I'm thinking about getting the EPA notarized....do you think that is overkill? thanks Zachary Follow Ups: Probably overkill..
