Once you find him,call the jail and ask them how to send a letter to him. All you need is his name,booking number and the address where he is located. Tell him what you want, and leave a number he can call you at. Of course it is a collect call. Or you can visit him ,usually on weekends. Have a notary public go with you to finalize any details. Of course call the jail to make sure they allow it. Most wont have a problem having the inmtate sign paperwork.
