Yes, I bought this duplex from an auction. There is a tenant who lives in another unit of this property. He pays rent to me and he said the rent was $700 (month to month and he could not find the lease with the ex owner). But I did some research in that area and found the rent for a two bed townhome is around $1,100. What can I do? Put a month to month lease with a new rent or ask him move out?
