Cancellations, Satisfactions, Reconveyances?

Is any of this data available? The old deeds of trust should have been extinguished via the refi's/wraps. These documents should reference the old DOT's.

Sometimes lenders are lazy about filing these... often a retail buyer's title company will have to ask the old lenders to file them, before a new sale can close. You may just end up calling the lenders of those deeds of trust, and asking if they are active.
