Data Interpretation

Posted by P Whitney on June 14, 2003 at 2:16 PM

Hello,

When looking at 1st 2nd 3rd TD amounts and dates on a property (CRR's data)I sometimes can't figure out whats probably going on. That is whether I'm lookin at a wrap or that some lender is loaning 200% of FMV or its a consolidation or etc. Example:
1st 180,000 4/14/2000
2nd 90,000 3/2/2001
3rd 315,000 4/10/2003
FMV approx 290,000

1st 76,000 12/5/2001
2nd 76,000 12/5/2001
FMV approx 110,000
There are other scenarios that have stupmed me (being new)
Thank you in advance for your help.
