Also, Can the older dougter (instead of the father) do the same thing that you described below, since she is the most willing to do something with the house? Should I find out if the mother left a will?:
: Have the cooperative husband apply at Probate Court to be named as the Administrator : Find a probate attorney to recommend to the husband for help in processing all the paperwork required by the probate court so the husband, as the Administrator, can sell you the house without having to have any open court approval and ratification. : Hope this helps.
