Gustavo,

Follow the link below to PACER. It stands for public access to court’s electronic records. All bankruptcy records are now available for on-line viewing. It costs nothing to join. You just pay a small fee whenever you use it.

So use the owner’s name to find his bankruptcy filing. And within that filing you’ll find the trustee and judge he’s been assigned to.
