Trust questions
I need some help with this puzzle. Owner conveys title to a title holding trust. Owner is the beneficiary and I am the trustee. I start processing a Short Sale. What will the lender think when it sees that trustee and buyer are one in the same? How does title get transferred to me as the buyer? (I am thinking that trustee can't deed to buyer because they are the same person.) What say you?
