short-sale

Posted by sue on May 21, 2003 at 3:48 PM

i'm in an opposite situation. i would like to find an investor who i can short-sell my house to and split the profits. Do I start by looking into investors, realtors, realestate lawyers, or even the Short-Sale Pro? I cannot afford my mortgage, owe about 100,000, no equity and the house is in rough shape, but is in prime location. there is possibility if updated. I cannot refinance, and just went bankrupt to save this house from foreclosure last summer. I would love to stay, but can't afford 900.00 a month. I could redo the roof and sell, but a shortsale would make more money .
