The majority of negotiated short sale approvals are
contingent upon the understanding that the seller
is to receive zero proceeds from Sale.

Any other plan would have to be withheld from the written
agreement and closing documents. The Seller and Purchaser
would have to enter into a separate agreement, but that would
be both unethical, and unlawful. Unless, of course,
the Purchaser were to pay the Homeowner for personal property,
(applicance, carpets, window treatments, collectibles, etc.)
or a service to be performed (debris removal).
