The big question to ask is: "What added value are you offering" NOT "will this agent/broker snake my deal from me." Why not develop a referral program for deals outside of your own immediate area. Tie up the deal first, refer it to a local broker then let them do the work (while you work on getting other deals). What I would do is to determine what real estate prople you intend to use for each market that you are going to do business with in advance. That may not be practical if you consider the "world" your market. Best of luck Rick
