How long should it take to get some paper work showing ownership?

Posted by mike on May 14, 2003 at 7:53 PM

Hi,
Paid my last payment on two properties on 3/25/03
I have been waiting for a letter of satisfaction.
I have been waiting 50 days now.
I feel that something is not right and the Mortgagees are up to something.
They keep saying I will be getting papers in the mail.
How long should it take to get some paper work showing ownership?
I have a Deed and all my payment receipts.
Should I contact my lawyer?
Am I just worrying for nothing?

Thank you,
Mike
