Any thoughts? : Jim =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Jim, I guess the issue here is the physical confinement of the seller and whether or not it can be alleged as a form of duress exercised by the buyer. If it can be shown that the buyer used the seller’s confinement to badger him into agreeing to sell against his wishes then I guess you could try to make a case of duress. But I think that’s really stretching.
