Hi Ward,

I've got a perhaps relevant question that I cannot remember the answer to. I seem to recall that there could be legal ramifications to an incarcerated person signing a deed. I have no references or immediate issues regarding it, but it's been on the back of my mind. Do you remember, or have any references, towards such a possible issue? I seem to recall that it might be an issue of "duress", but I don't have any specifics. Any thoughts?

Jim
