mailings vs. knocking on doors

Posted by zachary on May 01, 2003 at 6:45 PM

I've been mailing to NODs for 3 or 4 months now.
I've had a few deals almost happen, but not quite!!

The # of NODs per month in my county is far less than couties like San Diego. We average about 70 NODs per month.
Still seems like enough to get one oevery once in a while.

I've started knocking on doors of some of the NODs, due to a heavy work schedule and a long commute my time is limited and I can't hit them all.

Has anyone seen a drastic differnce in knocking on doors compared to hitting them with 3 or for mailings over the course of the first 2 months of their NOD?

thanks
Zachary
