I believe JK was asking to remove a trustee from a title
vested as: Trustee 1 and Trustee 2 of the Any trust, dated
00/00/0000.

I was waiting an answer from the master.

I guess a quitclaim would do. in the format of
trustee 1 and trustee 2 of any trust, dated 00/00/000.
Grants to: trustee 1 of the any trust, dated 00/00/0000.

It is posible that filing a "Resignaton of Trustee"
should work too.
