actually i believe you mean grantee

a quit claim would be fine - but what are you trying to do? -

a quit claim means that person surrenders their interest in the property -

that person could quit claim to the other grantee - then there is only the one - or they can quit claim to you or anyone else

depends on what you are doing

: If two trustee's are on title of a recorded grant deed, would a Quitclaim Deed be the best way to remove one of them? What should it say?
