: Ward,

: I am in Florida and recieved a copy of your CD that was recorded in March. Just came to your site and seen your Ding Bat Retirement plan. I just about fell out of my chair laughing. At 37 I want to coast. Sounds like a good plan. I have been using the homes that I build and sell to pay some of the homes that I have bought subject too but I really like your plan. Especially the name.

Johathan,

Wow, at 37, look at all those extra years (I started at 45) you’d have over me in concocting your own dingbat plan! I’ve now got 16 dingbats and the last two will join my other free and clears in the next 32 months.

Being in FL must give you an endless supply of retirees to pick your tenants from. Must be like here in San Diego. More power to you.
