Just came to your site and seen your Ding Bat Retirement plan. I just about fell out of my chair laughing. At 37 I want to coast. Sounds like a good plan. I have been using the homes that I build and sell to pay some of the homes that I have bought subject too but I really like your plan. Especially the name.
