Wow.. What if the sale gets reversed and the OP never get's the deed? I'm cool with following someone in, but hiring a locksmith? I'm dealing with an over zealous Trustee Buyer right this second that may land himself in jail, as this particular sell will 100% be getting reversed. NO DEED MEANS NOT A DONE DEAL. People seriously need to understand the definition of breaking and entering. "I think I'm getting a deed in a week or two" is not a defense.
