I'm still loyal to this day. I know this is not permitted with RESPA, it was before the big crackdown. I use to get wined and dined all the time (the good ole' days). Politicians can do it, but we can't! If I didn't feel Fidelity was good for my clients, I wouldn't bring them there just because of a few reciprocal favors. Anyway, they also have a wonderful resource. www.fidelitypassport.com you'll need a relationship with the title company to utilize it and I've noticed that the info does not always have all sales, so you still need to do your comps through MLS or wherever you do your comps.
