Hello Kristine,Happy New Year and excellent post,,,which brings a question;Why in the world wouldn't title companies have a Pacer Account.

And keeping that thought gang ,,,how about an informal rating of all titles companies out there,,,giving props to those who might be the "most investor friendly".I have never yet seen a "I Love My Title Company" bumpersticker as of yet but I'd be happy to do so if I find "A Really Good One"
