Put a Fence around the house with signs NO TRESPASSing and
when and if SHE or anyone is on the property withOUT your
express consent CALL the POLICE.... She would have to prove to
the police that she lives there by showing reasonable belongings
along with recent mail in her name, also a HOUSE in
current Living condition.

Definitely TALK TO the Neighbors ((before hand))..... They will
back your story and she will be POLITely escorted off the
premises.....Then get the Business Card of the COP most are Happy
to Help..... If for some odd reason the Cop/cops side with her and
try and tell you its a civil matter, ((Good to Know some Code---
recite TRESSPASS-
ing LAW --breaking an ENTERing CRIMINAL)) then politely
ask him if he returns from Vacation and I was sitting in your
RECLINER?? I ACTUALLY HAD THIS EXPERIENCE
and told the cop that-- he immediately escorted the DIRT BAG off
my rental property....

REMEMBER THE BREAKING OF THE DOORS IS EVIDENCE showing criminal action.

No Luck involved
