do you have a worker who would want a free place to live for a few weeks? could put them in there ...

: Hi Everyone

: Purchased a house at a trustee auction and we determined it was vacant prior to purchase. House has nothing inside except the normal trash these people leave. No bed, no tv, no couch.. No power to the property & no water on. We re-keyed the house..

: Went to the house the next day and we found the backdoor kicked in along with the side door. Ended up re-securing the house.

: The next day I get a call from a lady saying it's her house and she is living there. She says her dad let her stay there after he left the state and she has something in writing from him. I asked how she could stay there with no water or power and she responded, "very carefully". She said if I want her out I have to evict her and she stated she has the keys to the property. I havn't been able to find her at the house for two days.

: How should I proceed? This is in CA

: Thanks in advance.

: BIG
