NODs are already at record highs and as we all know the number of REOs doesn't in any way reflect the number of people in foreclosure. I stopped making predictions when I learned about all the people living in their homes without making a single payment for two years. For some reason the banks don't seem too concerned with collecting those pesky monthly payments.
