: If this group is right, the Option-Arm wave is going to hit sooner. We could have an unprecedented volume of foreclosures hit at any time within the next 6 to 18 months. (Will be interesting to see how the government and the lenders deal with this threat of being plunged back down into recession/depression.)

Oh, there right...in Southern California that loan was extremely popular because it allowed alot of people into the home market who otherwise would not have been able to afford home ownership, or people who wanted to buy more of a house than they normally would have been able to afford - man, those minimum payments were so low! But when these loans re-set, many are gonna be in serious trouble.
So this mentality that the market is coming back? I agree with Alfred - its gonna get really nasty...
