Posted by Alex Debarge on November 14, 2009 at 8:20 AM got an easy one, mI not proud to be doing this but thres no other way.. I got 1st mortgage fopr 420k 2nd mortgage 60k house is now worth 400k max Been in it since 03. I am an Australian citizen and have been offered a great job back home in Perth so, If I just walk away and go home to OZ, should I worry about being found or come after by collecton agencies as I will literally vanish from the US - and wont be using my US SS# or my US credit report amymore/ IS there anything to think about? thanks Alex Follow Ups: Re: walk away Ok ?
