How about AIG's board over the $200B they've stuck tax payers with? It's a zero sum game. Somebody wins, somebody loses. Lot's of people got over their heads and if they don't walk away and/or file BK they could NEVER recover. I know people that make $50K a year and have $2M worth of debt.
