Not sure if your town is like my town, but one time a property owner
adjacent to one of my rental properties put in a chain link
fence and then hit me up after the fact for 1/2 the expense, I
was a little bit annoyed with the chain-link fence, he did it for
his dogs (so they could have a view, LOL), he tattled-taled to
the city and the city called me and whined, so I sent the guy a
check.
