Posted by noyolk on November 06, 2009 at 9:02 AM Purchased 4 plex at T.Sale 1 year ago, Has been working out great for us. Neighbor's tree is pulling root ball out of ground last winter and ready to fall on my property. Send him registered letter warning him. No action for 12 months and we are again in the storm season.
