I used them to build my last two spec houses. They were great for investors who wanted to move swiftly. They were abused, lenders are now swinging the pendulum to the other side... for all intents and purposes we won't see them again. Foreclosures are on the rise. But they have been slowing down a bit due to government interference. My question was... with all the plans and actions the government is implementing... what effect do you think the war on foreclosures will have?
