"Congresswoman Laura Richardson (D., Carson-LB), through her Communications Director William Marshall, Jr., has issued a statement regarding her Sacramento property and code enforcement actions. Earlier this year, the property was sold at a foreclosure auction sale which the lending bank then rescinded, prompting a lawsuit from the auction buyer which has since been settled."
