From experience, buying a 500k home for 400k is only good in the
rising market. In this market, you need to buy a 500k home for 340k.
Please note more than half say " back to Bene" i.e. REO.
Some of the ones that say sold were not purchased by investors but by 2nd's.
Btw, the one is covina has a zillow estimate of 430k which is really low.
I know people who are sitting on 12 homes and can't sell. I personally
am giving away my homes at cost and one with 60k loss.
