Wow, that's alot of sales. When I use to bid on TD Sales a couple of years ago, maybe one or two would be sold. The big question is will these investors make money off them. Faith St in West Covina actually has a $500K comp from May. However, with the decline in the market I wouldn't be shocked if when in comes time to sell the price adjusts downward to $460 - $485K. Add your rehab, holding costs and sales costs. We're probably looking at $30 - $40K profit, not bad.
