Common occurance in Recorders Office, Assesors Office, Courts, etc...clerk with little or no correct knowledge. (The trick is that there is usually one person, generally an older lady, who has worked there for 20+ years...she is the one who knows everthing in each department... Thanks Travis, So the only solution would be to order a debtors exam, and supoena a copy of the trust at the same time. Then review the trust in court to prove beneficial interest. If you determine beneficial interest, what would you do next? A motion to invalidate the trust? This is where is gets a little murky for me. -Brian
