Thanks for posting! : I download the county recorders database everyday and I noticed that it's about to get ugly in San Diego County. : The March foreclosure numbers are on a record pace. Recorded Notice of Defaults (NOD), Notice of Trustee Sale (NTS), and Trustees Deeds from 3/1/06 through 3/28/06 are at 649, 211, and 86 respectively. : If the number of NODs surpasses 655 it will be the highest number in a month since April 1998.
