Re: drug historyIn Reply to: drug history posted by bukzin on February 02, 2006 at 7:55 AM my response may indicate my lack of experience in this matter but here is an idea .. is there some type of test that could be done on the house to see if it is meth free or where the hazard lies? if the test indicated no traces of 'hazard' then you would be okay - if it does then correct the issue - maybe some sheet rock replacement would take care of it ...??? or just go as is and if the agent(s) write something then state what you posted that you had no factual knowledge but only heresay good luck - this is probably something that we will see more of until like the mold issue of a few years ago, it settles down after some time (hopefully)
: We checked the county web site for known meth houses : A local real estate agent is telling us this house : The last owner bought it with a conventional loan : The agent is saying all the local agents/brokers : Any thoughts on how to get out of this one : Thanks
