Smell asbestos?

Of course you can't smell asbestos. That's the punch line.

On the other hand, you could smell the carpet and drywall inside my little probate house. It was a combination of garlic, onions, cilantro, jalapeno and cat urine. None of my own recipes call for cat urine, however.

For what it's worth, that familiar "boarded up musty carpet and God knows what else" has come to smell like "money" kinda like a dairy farmer I knew with thousands of milk cows. Early up before sunrise, crispy-cool outside, the occasional moo, a soft breeze at your face makes your tear glands cry. WHEW! Smells like money!
