Selling Properties
Any pros in the foreclosure ring have ideas on maximizing the marketing exposure of a property after the foreclosure/renovation process without having to use a broker in order to save that 5-7%? I'd be willing to knock 3% or so off the purchase price to a buyer with no broker involvement but want to make sure I'm seen by a larger number of buyers except for the obvious sign in the yard buyers.
