Here's what i'm offering: MLS listing, For sale sign, lock box, open houses, all phone calls directed to me then forwarded to you, you handle all the negotiations, contracts, disclosures, escrow, etc., I charge you nothing, you be willing to pay 2.5% buyer's broker commission. I'm an independent broker starting my business. Listings are a great way to get free exposure and meet potential buyers. Please contact me for more info. : Any pros in the foreclosure ring have ideas on maximizing the marketing exposure of a property after the foreclosure/renovation process without having to use a broker in order to save that 5-7%? I'd be willing to knock 3% or so off the purchase price to a buyer with no broker involvement but want to make sure I'm seen by a larger number of buyers except for the obvious sign in the yard buyers.
